Yes

The airship can either be inflated outside and flown into an arena/building through the access doors - provided they are the right dimensions - or it can be inflated inside the arena/building (remember that helium is a completely safe gas).

The only limitation inside is manoeuvring space; if sufficient room is available the airship can perform.
